Processing Time: Please allow 2–4 business days for our team to package and verify your garments before shipping.
Domestic Shipping (US): Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days once handed off to the carrier. Tracked carrier details will be sent directly to your email as soon as your label prints.
Pre-Orders & Limited Drops: If an item is marked as a "Pre-Order" or part of a limited drop sequence, please refer to the specific timeline listed directly on that item's product description page.
Stolen or Lost Packages: HEART BREAKR is not responsible for packages stolen out of mailboxes or lost by carriers once marked as "Delivered." Please ensure your delivery address is highly secure.
